CONTROLLED SUPPLY CHAIN AND INNOVATIVE IDEAS

The core of our production is the technical department that studies, designs and patents new features for our machines. Thorough collaboration among colleagues with different skills and competences is fundamental, and continuously sharing and exchanging ideas between our technical and commercial divisions allows us to effectively respond to real and specific needs.

We stand out for the ability to adapt our machines to the most diverse requests: a goal we achieve, not only through active listening, which remains fundamental, but also through our choice to produce our folder gluers in Italy with high quality raw materials and resources, maintaining a high standard of performance and quality.

MECCANICA MAGENTINA

It is a historic company near Milan that produces about 90% of the mechanical parts needed to produce our folder gluers. Founded in 1961 by the father of its current director, Mr. Garavaglia, it has been a leading company in Italy in the production of window machines for decades, until it successfully merged with Vega Srl in 1995. Thanks to this collaboration, we obtain mechanical parts of the highest quality, controlling the origin and processing of raw materials and ensuring the supply of spare parts on any of our machines currently on the market or out of production.

INTERNAL ASSEMBLY

After a scrupulous study of the project and the acquisition of the related material, the machine can be assembled, starting from our assembly department.
Symbiosis and harmony are the essential ingredients for a quality process. The daily effort of our mechanical operators, assisted by their technical department colleagues, bring the virtual CAD project to life.
Final testing is the hallmark of a well-structured, organized and efficient process.

SUCCESSFUL MADE IN ITALY

In addition to presenting new proposals and unique solutions, we constantly improve our existing machines, working hard on process automation and technical and technological modernization. Our goal is to improve the performance of our folder gluers and meet the challenges of a competitive and constantly evolving market.

We supply folder gluers capable of interfacing with the existing systems in the work environment of their company, so as to enter production quickly and in synergy with the infrastructures. This means that they must be able to communicate with your existing systems, adapt to your production needs in compliance with the highest safety measures, and make production more efficient in the simplest and most complete way.
