Created by Vega AF - in its simple and purely mechanical form - for detergent boxes, today Vega ADF lends itself to numerous specific processes, combined or not with the folder gluer.

The perfect coupling between top and bottom die-cuts is ensured by a set of top and bottom front registers, driven by brush-less motors to produce the highest quality at the highest achievable productivity rate.

INTRODUCTION

Feeder with double lower and upper table of independently motorised vacuum belts. “Smart Feeding" functions to introduce blank with special shapes. Touch button panel to set line parameters.

COUPLING GROUP

The coupling section is equipped with a group of registers that perfectly matches two blanks. For the most demanding in terms of set up, these two registers can become 10 in order to simulate a two hands finger touch perfect to create the most complex shapes of boxes.

TV BOX DEVICE

Vega ADF can work in single mode with boxes that only need the longitudinal folding of the flaps, such as TV boxes or mattresses.

INTEGRATED PROCESSING WITH THE FOLDER GLUER

Vega ADF totally integrates with Vega folder gluers. In the case of Vega Altair, it can replace its single feeder to transform the line into Vega Altair-ADF.
