entirely manufactured in Italy, and available in three formats: 60, 90 and 110 cm, with a variety of configurations for processing straight line, crash lock bottom, double wall, 4 and 6 corner boxes. The modularity of Bellatrix allows optional modules to be added to the original matrix, adapting to all potential growth requirements.

This new Vega folder-gluer adopts the innovative V.I.S. (Vega Integrated Systems) electronic machine function control system, which allows the integration and management of all folder-gluer functions through multi-use touch screen consoles integrated in the machine.

The versatility of Bellatrix allows the standard section to be equipped with additional modules, which include several customization options and make Bellatrix a state-of-the-art solution, interconnected through Industry 4.0.

MBA

Blank alignment module (optional Mechanical Blank Alignment) for easier machine set-up and ideal alignment of the blank left or right.

BRAILLE

Patented solution for Braille embossing in line (optional) with 4 or 5 rows of dots. Multiple embossing wheels can be mounted to impress braille on multiple box flaps and in principle on all box flaps.

PRINT CONTROL

An additional module after the alignment section allows, through vacuum of the blank from the top, to scan each individual box and make a print check over the entire width of the blank. The scan is, for example, compared with a properly parameterised reference template in order to reject any blanks that do not conform to the reference.

EXTRA MODULE

Extra module with three conveyors for making boxes with automatic bottom in a dedicated section to reduce the changeover time of the type of box to be folded. The module is suitable for making of high-speed crash lock bottom boxes through the removal of mechanical spring hooks and through motorised frontal folding shafts with automatic lifting (optional).

DOUBLE EXTRA MODULE

Double extra module with three transports for making crash lock bottom, 4 / 6 corner boxes at high speed by removing the mechanical spring hooks and by 4 motorised front and back folding shafts with automatic lifting (optional).
